Welcome to Gemini photography!!
We are Katy Molway and Tina Emerson, two lifelong friends of over 30 years, our passion for arts and photography started at a very early age, as "latchkey kids" our parents both worked outside the home so there were plenty of opportunity for mischief, ahem, we mean creativity. there was always a camera at hand in case we had the urge to model mom's new dresses! when we weren't taking picture's we were experimenting with what ever was at hand, our Mother's took a deep breath before entering the house not knowing what to expect from the both of us, mostly they were just thankful the house was still intact! We are grown ups now with children and spouses, but our free spirited, adventurous and creative attitudes are still very much intact.
Our approach to photography is very personal, we believe in capturing intimate moments that can easily be overlooked, to us, those are the most priceless. Our clients have made us their "personal" photographer for all their family events and we feel priviladged.
Katy's work has been published in several books for her photogaphy, digital art and graphic desigs.
Tina (after a long hiatus from motherhood) has now come back strong rebuilding her photography portfolio.
Like our company name, it accurately describes both of us as two individuals with different talents that when brought together, brings harmonius balance.
UPDATE:
We have added three photographers to our team, they are;
Sheila Carranza- has experience in in portraits, advertising and event photography.
Brian Terry-experienced in the modeling industry, portraits and runway shoots.
Edmundo Soto- experienced in glamour, portraits and and event photography.
I feel privilaged to have such a talented team of professionals, they were carefully chosen from many others not just for their artistic vision, but for their work ethic which Gemini photography is known for. I am very proud to have them join our team.
